Our total renovation of a property in Brevent is now complete. The home was recently handed over to our client, who is delighted.
The refurbishment was extensive; the six bedroom chalet required a full strip back to shell and a new extension. The entire electrical and heating systems needed to be replaced as well as new damp proofing throughout. The project was set to take 18 months, with completion expected in July 2020. Despite the many challenges faced along the way, the project was handed over on time as expected.
The result is a complete transformation with outstanding fit and finish throughout. The open plan design and mountain views lend the property a calm and open feel. Our client is extremely happy. We have included some highlights below, with more professional photographs to follow soon.
