Pangea are currently recruiting a cleaning and guest manager to assist in the management of our clients’ properties in Chamonix. During the season you will spend around 40% of your time cleaning, rising to 70% between seasons. Your day to day responsibilities will include:

• Organising the cleaning rotations for our rental properties and our private properties.
• Managing the linen orders for rental linen and private linen laundering with suppliers.
• Quality control & support to cleaning team.
• Entering bookings and contacting guests using our online system.
• Managing guest demands prior to arrival & coordinating these with the cleaning team.
• Being the main point of contact for guests of all 15 rental properties.
• Reporting any damage in properties.
• Assisting the property management team in helping to ensure a high quality of service.
• Help with property checks during inter-season.

The successful applicant should:

• Be able to speak conversational French, ideally you would also be bilingual.
• Have held a valid driver’s licence for 2+ years.
• Be established in the valley and looking to stay living in the valley long term.

Conditions of employment:

• 35hrs/week, modulable. You will work extra hours during the season and make up for these during inter-season. CDD to start with, evolutive in CDI after 6 months.
• Requirement to work Saturdays in peak season and Sundays in high peak season.
