The Pangea Team

Justin is a construction professional with a degree in project management and has over 30 years of experience in the construction industry.

During his career, he has worked on a wide variety of projects in multiple business sectors. Some of his commercial projects include the Olympic Village (Barcelona 1992), Imperial College teaching laboratories and numerous data centre facilities for several of the world’s leading banking institutions.

After relocating with his family in 2010, Justin is now responsible for all the refurbishment projects undertaken by the Pangea team.

He lives in St Gervais with Estelle, their two boys Milo and Sacha and dog Rufus.
Justin is a keen trail runner and cross country skier as well as an avid foodie with a passion for travel.

A French-Canadian, Mireille (or Mimi as she is affectionately known as) has lived and worked in the Chamonix valley for the last 12 years.

Having initially studied sociology, she qualified with a degree from the Université de Quebec Montréal. Before moving to France, Mimi was very active in Stage & Event Management.

When she arrived in Chamonix, she embarked on a 5-year placement within the property management and residential lettings industry.

As one of the co-founders she was instrumental in the creation of Pangea, bringing her wealth of industry knowledge with her. Mimi is also a trained Property Valuation Expert and a member of the National Property Federation & Chamber of property experts (SNPI).

A fluent French and English speaker she heads the property management division with overall responsibility for operations.

Living in Le Fayet with her husband Nuno and two children Tiago and Mila, she has a passion for mountain life and is a keen runner, cook and linguist, having recently added Portuguese to her growing repertoire of languages.

Having spent her formative years living in Africa and the French Caribbean, Estelle moved back to France to study where she graduated with a masters in mathematics and statistics from the Sorbonne University.

Her passion for travel and her love of fashion led her into the retail industry where she held analytical positions for leading clothing brands such as Levi Strauss and Timberland. It was during a posting in London that she met Justin and first visited the Chamonix valley on a ski weekend, moving here full-time when the kids came along.

Estelle runs all the finance and administration functions for Pangea. She is a French national and has lived in Chamonix for the past 13-years. She is fluent in both French and English.
