Job offer – Property Manager / Head Conciergere
Pangea Services is a Property Management & Renovation company funded in 2010. In 2024, we launched Season in the Alps, a sub-brand dedicated to medium-term rentals, aimed at families and nomadic workers looking for an Alpine lifestyle.
As part of our expansion, we’re recruiting a Property Manager/ Head Concierge to join a fast-growing, human-scale organisation where entrepreneurial spirit, autonomy and rigour are at the heart of the team’s values.
Your tasks
You will work directly with the manager and will be involved in all aspects of the management and development of the properties entrusted to the company.
Technical and operational management of properties:
- Daily monitoring of the condition of goods and equipment.
- Carrying out light maintenance work and coordinating major repairs.
- Supervision of technical service providers (gardening, snow clearance, boiler maintenance, chimney sweeping, etc.).
- Inventory management and quality control of goods.
- Suggestions for improving and enhancing the value of the property.
Concierge services and customer experience:
- Organisation and control of cleaning schedules.
- Recruitment, training and supervision of cleaning teams.
- Management of linen stock and orders.
- Inspection of properties before tenants arrive.
- Support for tenants throughout their stay, from initial contact to departure.
- Reactive management of requests and unforeseen events to ensure an optimal rental experience.
Profile required
- Excellent organisational skills, autonomy and initiative.
- Versatility, rigour and the ability to evolve in a dynamic and demanding environment.
- Sense of service, good interpersonal skills and diplomacy.
- A taste for “hands-on” working environments.
- Good level of written and spoken English essential
- A keen interest in real estate, the hotel industry or project management in the field.
- Valid driving licence (compulsory).
Proposed conditions
- Full-time fixed-term contract available from 1st June, renewable on a permanent basis after the summer season.
- Position based in Chamonix-Mont-Blanc with regular travel in the valley.
- Company accommodation located in the city centre, with an exceptional view of Mont Blanc.
- Company car available.
