Our concierge Services are available to our owners, their guests and to all parties staying in one of our managed property. Over the years of living here we have discovered many hidden gems that we are happy to share with you. From remote mountain restaurants to kid friendly action packed days out, we are happy to provide advice and assist your needs.

Concierge Services

Our concierge services are available to owners, their guests and all party coming to stay through our rental solution.

We offer a bespoke welcoming service to ensure a smooth arrival. All guests are contacted prior to their arrival in resort to ensure they have all the access details to the property. An online welcome book for the property is shared which contains all the key infos about your home as well as our best tips & suggestions. Our concierge will remain on call as a point of contact for the duration of the guest’s stay should this be required. Your guests will feel welcome and looked after.
It is important to maintain an accurate record of the condition of a property prior to any guest stay. Our team are proficient in undertaking inventories and conditions reports prior to guest arrival which helps to ensure the properties are kept in pristine condition.
We offer a full cleaning, linen and change-over service and have an exceptional service track record with many of the properties under our management receiving 5 star reviews for cleanliness and service levels.

From a simple “ready-to-heat” family meal to fine dining at home with one of our private chefs, our concierge will tailor the best solution for you, your guests & family.

Meet & enjoy your time on the mountain with our handpicked  instructors & guides. We can also help you choose the right ski school and understand the different skiing areas Chamonix has to offer. Avoid the crowds & queues : our concierge team can assist you with getting your skis waxed, ski pass pre-purchase & delivery, rental equipment organized & delivered.
