Which areas of the Alps do you cover?
I already have my own cleaner / gardener / snow clearer and am happy with their services, but could do with some help managing them. Can I only use Pangea resources or can I continue to use my existing service providers?
What services does my property membership give me access to?
How do your charges work?
Very simply: All management tasks carried out by the Pangea team are charged at a rate of €60 per hour.
Third-party services that are not carried out by the Pangea management team are charged at cost price; cleaning is €32 per hour, linen rental is €18 per person.
What do I need to do to subscribe to a membership for my property?
I am currently in the process of purchasing a property. When is the best time to discuss your property management services?
The earlier the better, really. As soon as you appoint us, we will start working for you and your interests. Typically, you will appoint us about 1 month before purchase so that we can set up all your utility bills and internet access, ensuring you have a seamless arrival in your new home.
If you are also planning to make some changes in your property, whether renovation or refurbishment, the sooner Pangea can become involved the better. The construction process can be slow at the best of times but we have extensive experience in fast-track projects and our many years of project management experience help us include you in the design process (should you require), while taking on all the demanding tasks for you.
What type of concierge services can you organize for me and my family or group?
We can sort out any kind of local activities for you, from the adventurous to the intensely relaxing. We can arrange ski instructors, mountain guides, in-house chefs for breakfast, lunch and dinners, transfers both in-resort or to other ski resorts, restaurant reservations, meal deliveries, cakes for birthdays, climbing trips, guides and instructors, Vallee Blanche skiing, Mountain Guided hikes, canyoning, wine tasting and delivery, babysitters (either full days or evenings), housekeeping, in-house massages or beauticians, DJs, party decorations… the list goes on.
