We are a Chamonix based company and the majority of our clients have property in the Chamonix valley. Typically, we cover areas including Argentiere, Le Lavancher, Les Tines, Les Bois, Le Praz, Chamonix, Les Bossons, Taconnaz and Les Houches but also provide services for clients with properties further afield, subject to their requirements.

Yes. We are happy to assist and can offer a flexible approach on this from an initial advisory role (budgets, timeframes, designs) through to full management and delivery. We also have a selection of partner real estate agents in the region that can assist with your search if you are still looking for your dream home.
Pangea work in conjunction with our partner companies to offer a new build construction solution. Post completion, we can be on hand to protect your investment and enhance your stay in the valley with our ongoing management services.
Yes. Pangea are a fully French registered and insured business based in Chamonix, France. Working with a fully registered company offers you peace of mind and the ability to reclaim all construction related costs back against the capital growth of your property.
Pangea have dedicated project managers in house capable of managing all aspects of your project. We work with a select pool of sub-contract trades that we have built up over many years of construction experience. We roll these teams from project to project, thereby ensuring our teams all have similar working values, understand the working process and deliver exceptional quality in the process. Should you have specific tradesmen you would like to use we will always try to incorporate their services within our team structure.
Yes, we are happy to discuss all aspects of external improvements. We have undertaken many projects to improve and overhaul exterior elements for our Clients. These include energy performance upgrades (insulation / roof replacement / windows & doors), external decorations, decking installations, swimming pool / spa / sauna installations as well as extensive external landscaping works.

Pangea can assist with all aspects of property rental. We market your property through online rental platforms such as Airbnb, VRBO and other specific websites for higher end properties. We prepare your property for arrivals and manage the guest experience throughout their stay.

Service and customer satisfaction are key to how we operate so if you are happy with your existing suppliers then why change? We can help you with the rest of your requirements and liaise directly with your suppliers as and when required.
As a Pangea member you will have access to all our services, including guest management, meet & greet, cleaning services, laundry and linen services, property maintenance, spa maintenance, administrative assistance and problem solving, gardening services, snow clearance services, chimney sweeping to name but a few!

Very simply: All management tasks carried out by the Pangea team are charged at a rate of €60 per hour.

 

Third-party services that are not carried out by the Pangea management team are charged at cost price; cleaning is €32 per hour, linen rental is €18 per person.

The earlier the better, really. As soon as you appoint us, we will start working for you and your interests. Typically, you will appoint us about 1 month before purchase so that we can set up all your utility bills and internet access, ensuring you have a seamless arrival in your new home.

 

If you are also planning to make some changes in your property, whether renovation or refurbishment, the sooner Pangea can become involved the better. The construction process can be slow at the best of times but we have extensive experience in fast-track projects and our many years of project management experience help us include you in the design process (should you require), while taking on all the demanding tasks for you.

We can sort out any kind of local activities for you, from the adventurous to the intensely relaxing. We can arrange ski instructors, mountain guides, in-house chefs for breakfast, lunch and dinners, transfers both in-resort or to other ski resorts, restaurant reservations, meal deliveries, cakes for birthdays, climbing trips, guides and instructors, Vallee Blanche skiing, Mountain Guided hikes, canyoning, wine tasting and delivery, babysitters (either full days or evenings), housekeeping, in-house massages or beauticians, DJs, party decorations… the list goes on.

 

Just ask and we can make it happen.

The sooner the better, as the best suppliers get booked up well in advance. However, we will always try to accommodate last minute requests to the best of our capacities. Our local knowledge and connections mean we may be able to find suitable alternatives if the obvious choices are no longer available.
Our concierge service is available to our members. Each job is charged at an hourly rate of €60.
Not at all. We will always do what we can to support anyone staying at a property that is being managed by us. All our services can be made available to our owners and their guests, to facilitate your independent stay, or to take on a number of the menial tasks on your behalf. All our clients are equally important to us so if we can help enhance your experience we will do everything in our capacity to do so.
