Complete renovation of a Chalet – Le Lavancher

Following our initial full renovation of this five-bedroom chalet in the quiet hamlet of Le Lavancher near Chamonix, the owner once again entrusted Pangea Services with ongoing property management and an additional phase of refurbishment, further enhancing comfort while respecting the chalet’s authentic Alpine character.

A standout element of this latest project was the conversion of two exterior mazots into elegant bedroom suites, offering privacy, warmth, and a true mountain ambiance, while preserving the charm of the original buildings.

The works also featured bespoke joinery, including a custom bedhead wall that highlights the craftsmanship and attention to detail that define Pangea projects.

Completed on schedule in collaboration with our trusted local partners, the result is a refined property that beautifully blends traditional Alpine architecture with contemporary comfort.
