Chalet Renovation – Les Tines

We have recently completed the full renovation of a five-bedroom chalet in the highly sought-after village of Les Tines, near Chamonix. The owner entrusted Pangea Services with both property management and renovation, with the goal of modernizing the interiors while preserving the chalet’s authentic Alpine charm.

The project began with a comprehensive pre-construction phase to ensure smooth coordination and full control of the budget and timeline.
