Apartment Renovation – Clos de Savoy, Chamonix

Our team recently completed the full renovation of a four-bedroom apartment in the sought-after Clos de Savoy residence, right in the heart of Chamonix.                                                 The objective : elevate the space with contemporary design and modern comfort while highlighting its breathtaking Mont Blanc views.

The project began with a detailed pre-construction phase, design development, cost planning, and programme coordination, to ensure a seamless transformation from day one. The challenge was substantial: integrating four bedrooms into a layout originally suited for two (think yacht-style optimisation), and completing a top-floor renovation within a fully functioning hotel, with the logistical complexity that entails.

Scope of works :

• Complete strip-out back to the structural shell.
• Full renovation of plumbing and electrical systems to modern standards.
• Refurbishment of bedrooms and en-suite bathrooms with refined finishes.
• Bespoke joinery throughout, including a feature staircase and custom kitchen, bringing warmth, function, and craftsmanship.

Thanks to meticulous project management and strong collaboration with skilled local partners, the apartment has been transformed into a harmonious, high-quality living space — perfectly suited to enjoy life in the Chamonix mountains.
